HAIR WASH DAY:
- Brush hair gently before washing.
- Apply pre-wash oil treatment to scalp & hair and massage scalp for 3mins.
- Let oil soak for 1-4 hrs.
- Double shampoo scalp and apply conditioner to lengths & ends.
- Apply leave-in conditioner to damp hair & hair oil/serum on ends.
DAILY:
- Scalp massage for 3-5mins
- Hair oil/serum on ends
- Apply scalp leave-in spray, serum/treatment
- Braid hair before bed
- Comb hair gently
- Repeat inspiring hair affirmations
- Stay hydrated & eat wholesome food
- Sleep on silk pillowcases or use a silk bonnet to protect hair
WEEKLY:
- Use a scalp scrub/exfoliant
- Deep conditioning mask
- Scalp & hair oil treatment (1-3x per week)
MONTHLY:
- Detox scalp with sulphate-based or clarifying shampoo
- Apply cider vinegar hair rinse
- Trims (doesn’t have to be every month but know when your hair needs it)
