Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@irahhair.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send enquiry to hello@irahhair.com

We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include a photo of your item and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

Should your product arrive damaged and requires a replacement, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Where the goods are faulty (broken) or damaged, we will send a replacement product to you at no cost to you.

 

CANCELLATION

  • Any cancellations must be communicated to irah via hello@irahhair.com within 24 hours of you placing the order or before an item has been dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched we cannot cancel an order.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS/INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please check that your billing and shipping address details are accurate before submitting your order.
  • irah hair will not be responsible for any delivery made to an address incorrectly selected by the customer. Please check your address details are accurate before submitting your order and when you receive your order confirmation.
  • Changes to your address details and/or delivery instructions must be communicated to irah hair via hello@irahhair.com within 24 hours of you placing the order or before your order is dispatched.

  

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for the Wide-tooth Wave Comb and the Revitalising Scalp Massager due to hygiene reasons.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges.
